The Center is under the jurisdiction of Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice,and consists of a chief executive and a secretary.
It consists of Guard and Control, Sanitation and Health, General Affairs, Personnel, Accounting, Statistics, Government Ethics Sections.
The chief executive also heads the Juvenile Detention House. The total number of staff at the Center is 85.
