Detainees are provided with staple and non-staple foods in accordance with regulations. A protion of profits from workshop operation and Employee Store is allocated to supplement meal budgets each month. A meal improvement team has been established and convenes regularly each month. Extra dishes are provided at year-end parties and holidays with consideration for the maintenance of inmates' health and morale.
